In this role you drive the end-to-end project logistics for ADNOC Offshore projects, aligning marine, materials and personnel movements with schedules and safety standards. You work cross-functionally to execute the project logistics plan and ensure compliant, on-time deliveries. You’ll solve complex supply-chain challenges in an offshore, high-stakes environment and influence execution through strong leadership. This position offers impact across multiple phases and a chance to contribute to sustainable energy infrastructure.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Develop and implement the Project Logistics Execution Plan (PLEP) for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up phases
• Coordinate greenfield and brownfield offshore logistics strategies and align with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operations and HSE teams
• Plan marine logistics including vessels and offshore transportation; manage crew transport, rotation schedules, and offshore installation support
• Oversee materials and equipment movement from vendors to yards, ports and offshore facilities; manage customs and warehousing




• Review EPC contractors' logistics plans and monitor performance for ADNOC compliance
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE Management System and promote safe lifting and marine practices
• Monitor logistics KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, identify risks and support cost control
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning to achieve milestones
• Support SIMOPS planning and incident investigations as needed

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering (or equivalent) with 15+ years in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical
• At least 5 years in a similar role on major projects and leading a team
• ADNOC project experience and offshore project experience required
• Professional certifications such as CILT, APICS, CSCP advantageous
• Proven ability to support Concept/FEED/EPC phases; offshore marine logistics expertise
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Primavera P6 and logistics tracking systems
