Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the end-to-end delivery and evolution of a next-generation SaaS platform for study design, protocol authoring, and operational feasibility in clinical trials. You’ll bridge Ru0026amp;D business stakeholders, IT, and the vendor to drive design, testing, change management, and successful rollout. Post-launch, you’ll manage enhancements and adoption across a global matrix organization. This position sits at the crossroads of clinical operations, digital innovation, and enterprise IT, with a meaningful impact on patient-focused trials.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead solution design activities and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate alignment workshops
• Drive change management and user onboarding for platform rollout
• Manage lifecycle of the platform post go-live, including prioritizing enhancements and releases
• Monitor performance and ensure sustainable adoption and business value realization
• Collaborate with Ru0026D users, IT partners, and external software vendor
• Contribute analytical expertise to broader digital Ru0026D initiatives in clinical trials
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years as IT Solution Lead, Application Lead, or similar in healthcare or life sciences
• Deep knowledge of clinical trial processes, including protocol design and operational planning
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into functional specifications
• Experience in regulated environments with software development lifecycle and CSV in line with GxP
• Familiarity with clinical trial systems and data standards
• Ability to navigate a global matrix organization and build trusted relationships across Ru0026D, IT, and external partners
• Fluent in English; proactive, solution-oriented mindset
