Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the Fulfilment Mission’s product vision and roadmap, shaping how easyJet turns bookings into completed journeys. You’ll work with a cross‑functional leadership team to translate needs into measurable outcomes across eight squads, balancing customer value with resilience and regulatory requirements. You’ll help modernise a live departure-control estate and drive end‑to‑end journeys across digital touchpoints. This is a pivotal opportunity to influence how digital platforms enable seamless travel experiences at scale.

• Own the product vision, strategy, outcomes and roadmap for the Fulfilment Mission as part of the leadership team.
• Provide clear product direction to Product Owners and ensure squad outcomes align with the Mission strategy.
• Translate customer, operational, commercial and regulatory needs into measurable outcomes and priorities across squads.
• Prioritise investments in new capabilities, resilience, security, performance, compliance, legacy modernisation and technical debt.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, the Principal Software Engineer and architects to ensure feasible and scalable product decisions.
• Coordinate dependencies with other Missions to deliver end-to-end customer journeys and processes.
• Build evidence-based investment cases and define success measures using data to evaluate impact and adjust the roadmap.
• Align senior stakeholders and partners around priorities and trade-offs, managing expectations.
Responsabilidades
• Strategic product leadership; sets an outcome-led direction across multiple capabilities.
• Strong customer, commercial, operational and technical judgement for high‑impact decisions.
• Leads through Product Owners, enabling squad ownership and decision-making.
• Experience developing strategy, measurable outcomes and roadmaps for multiple squads or portfolios.
• Product discovery; identifying problems, evaluating opportunities and shaping priorities.
• Prioritisation and investment planning across capabilities, resilience, compliance, legacy modernisation and debt.
• Defining and using measures to evaluate impact and adapt the roadmap.
• Technical fluency across cloud platforms, APIs, integration and data; credible with engineers and architects.
• Dependency, stakeholder and partner management across diverse teams and suppliers.
• Experience in airline, travel, transport, retail or high-volume operational environments is advantageous.
