Experteer Overview
In this role you will act as a key finance partner within Sulzer’s Madrid Center of Excellence, supporting multiple entities across EMEA with robust budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You drive financial insights to inform strategic decisions and ensure IFRS compliance and strong internal controls. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international setting, advancing automated, standardized reporting. This position combines hands-on analysis with broader business impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for assigned entities
• Prepare and analyze monthly results, identify variances and opportunities
• Support management reporting with actionable insights
• Drive profitability analysis and monitor key financial metrics
• Partner with Finance Business Partners and operations for strategic decisions
• Monitor operating expenses, headcount, working capital and KPIs
• Support month-end and year-end closing with data accuracy
• Participate in CAPEX planning and investment analysis
• Ensure IFRS adherence, internal controls and policy compliance
• Improve reporting processes,



dashboards and planning tools via automation
• Collaborate with global/regional Sulzer Finance teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives at Madrid Finance Center of Excellence

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years in FPu0026A, Controlling or similar roles
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with eye for detail
• Advanced Excel; experience with Tagetik, Qlik Sense, Power BI or ERP systems is advantageous
• Ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Experience in international or shared services environments a plus
• Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities
