As a Workday HCM Delivery Lead at Accenture, you will steer end-to-end Workday HCM and FIN implementations for global clients, shaping transformation programs. You will build and lead cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery quality within scope, time, and budget. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with pre-sales involvement and AI-enabled delivery accelerators. This is a chance to impact large-scale HR and ERP programs in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Responsabilidades
• End-to-end Workday implementation experience (Phase 1 and/or Phase X)
• Delivery experience across at least 2 Workday engagements
• Stakeholder management, resource management, financial management, PMO, quality management
• Willingness to travel as needed and manage client interactions
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English
• Certified in Workday PM/EM and/or agile methodologies
