VistaPrint is seeking a Director of User Experience for the Core Commerce team, reporting in a remote-first setup based in Spain. You will lead a high-impact UX organization and partner with product, engineering, content design, UX research, and data teams to deliver compelling e-commerce experiences.
You will directly manage 6 senior designers and a Design Manager, shaping roadmaps, design systems, and scalable experiences across a general, multi-tenant platform.
