Experteer Overview
In this role you own and shape world-class planning processes within the Service Supply Chain Planning COE, using process expertise, analytics, and ERP knowledge to deliver scalable designs and measurable outcomes. You collaborate across functions to align process design with data-driven insights and system capabilities, while mentoring colleagues and raising planning maturity. The work centers on transforming planning domains such as inventory, deployment, and lifecycle to improve service, inventory, and cost KPIs. You will partner with cross-functional teams and drive adoption of standardized processes that enable scalable, end-to-end planning.

• Define and track process KPIs and identify root causes and opportunities

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (degree requirement)
• 7-10+ years in supply chain planning, process design, or transformation roles
• Experience in supply chain planning process design and continuous improvement
• Hands-on exposure to ERP, advanced planning tools, data, and transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
