Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage contracts end-to-end for large industrial projects, shaping tender strategies and safeguarding commercial outcomes. You will work closely with procurement, legal, and cross-functional teams to drive on-time delivery, risk management, and compliant execution. You will lead change and claims, monitor supplier performance, and provide data-driven forecasts to senior leadership. This is an opportunity to influence major programmes and contribute to sustainable, complex projects at scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage contracts end-to-end across large industrial projects, including changes and claims
• Develop tender and contract strategies with cross-functional teams
• Monitor supply chain developments and provide market intelligence on risks to critical path
• Support development of PQQs, tender documentation, evaluation criteria, and scopes of work; evaluate FEED/EPCI proposals
• Lead contract change management and claim negotiations; resolve disputes with procurement/legal
• Ensure contract compliance, manage variations and deliverables; maintain thorough records
• Conduct data analysis and reporting for forecasting, planning and record-keeping
• Communicate contract status clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of contracts management experience on large Data Centres and/or industrial projects
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• End-to-end contract management experience including change and claim management
• Extensive knowledge of Contracts for Surveys Operations
• Understanding of project budgets and financial reporting
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience collaborating with procurement and legal teams
