Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive the Procurement PMO, leading governance, execution, and continuous improvement of strategic programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across procurement, business areas, and Hydro corporate to deliver savings, KPIs, and strategic initiatives. You will manage dashboards, performance reports, and risk-based improvement plans, shaping how procurement creates value globally. This is an opportunity to influence governance, tools, and training while working in a general, matrixed environment with a focus on sustainable outcomes.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Govern annual procurement Business Plan and coordinate across Hydro Extrusions and business unit teams
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports (KPIs, savings, and initiative progress)
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of projects and savings in Provalido
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement improvement plans
• Develop, implement,



and oversee strategic procurement initiatives for value delivery
• Maintain and utilize procurement tools (spend cube database, contract repository, sustainability reporting tools, savings tracking, SharePoint)
• Build strong relationships with Corporate, Business Area, and Business Unit stakeholders
• Lead procurement process governance, policies, procedures, and training across Hydro Extrusions

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
• Minimum 15 years in PMO or equivalent program/project environment
• Experience developing executive presentations, dashboards, and performance reports
• English fluency (spoken and written)
