Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team full-time and on-site at our office in the center of Barcelona.

This is a hands‑on role focused on managing and executing social media activity across multiple platforms, with close collaboration with the management team. The role requires a professional, structured, and business‑oriented mindset and is not influencer‑focused.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Tinniless’ social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

- Plan content calendars and ensure consistency, quality, and professional tone

- Adapt content to different platforms and audiences, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and professional communication

- Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics





- Use AI tools to support content creation, optimization, and workflow efficiency

- Support the team with presentations, decks, and structured business materials

- Work closely with management to align social media activity with company and growth objectives

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager managing multiple platforms

- Strong communication and writing skills

- Experience developing and executing content strategies

- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies xcskxlj accordingly

- Experience using AI tools for content creation and productivity

- Ability to create clear, professional presentations

- Understanding of business and growth processes

- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

- Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

- Ability to work full‑time, on‑site in Barcelona
