Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive the integral Finance transformation by designing and delivering scalable OneStream-based solutions for consolidation, close, planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and business users across regions to maintain a reliable EPM environment and support strategic initiatives. You will shape technical solutions, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity. This is an opportunity to impact financial processes at a global scale within a dynamic, cross-functional team.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design, develop, and maintain OneStream solutions (rules, dashboards, workflows, data management, integrations)
• Build and optimize integrations between OneStream and ERP/HRIS/Data Warehouse using SQL, REST APIs, and flat files
• Configure metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, security, and application components
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes
• Support upgrades, release management, and production deployments
• Create technical documentation and ensure data governance and data quality

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of experience with EPM platforms
• 2+ years hands-on OneStream development
• Experience with alternative EPM tech (Oracle Hyperion/HFM,



Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP BPC, IBM Planning Analytics TM1)
• Strong OneStream rules and components development experience
• VB.NET programming experience
• Advanced SQL and database skills
• Experience with OneStream integrations
• Knowledge of metadata, dimensional modeling, security, and administration
• Solid understanding of financial close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting
• SDLC, testing, deployment, change management experience
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
• Experience in full-cycle OneStream implementations (preferred)
• Experience with OneStream Cloud (SaaS) (preferred)
• Experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON, PowerShell (preferred)
• Experience with source control and release management (preferred)
• Experience supporting global Finance transformation programs (preferred)
• Experience working in large multinational organizations (preferred)
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Workday, ERP platforms (preferred)
• Experience with distributed global teams (preferred)
