Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead a remote Campaign Automation team within Marketing Automation to deliver scalable, personalized omnichannel experiences. You will partner with product and UX to shape the roadmap, align resources, and ensure timely delivery. You’ll drive architectural decisions, manage technical debt, and foster robust engineering practices. You’ll also champion AI-native coding approaches to accelerate development and quality. This is a chance to impact how VistaPrint removes bottlenecks and enables growth for millions of small businesses.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead and manage a team of up to 10 software engineers, guiding architecture and code reviews
• Define and track metrics for code quality, reliability, scalability, and observability
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX to define roadmaps and manage scope and timelines
• Identify technical debt, analyze costs, and push work onto the roadmap




• Partner with technical leads to build flexible, simple systems and reduce complexity
• Build processes to improve technical accountability and remove roadblocks
• Leverage AI-native coding practices to accelerate development and innovate
• Write code in C# + .NET Core or TypeScript + Node, review, test, and document
• Operate in an agile, iterative software development environment

Responsabilidades
