Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead and scale engineering recruiting, turning workforce plans into actionable hiring priorities. You’ll manage a team of TA Partners while personally handling complex engineering searches. You’ll shape hiring strategies across hubs, optimize processes, and drive data-informed decisions to hire top tech talent quickly and with high quality. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building a scalable hiring engine that supports Preply’s growth and product ambitions.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own the Engineering hiring engine end to end, translating workforce plans into clear hiring priorities and strategies
• Directly manage a team of TA Partners with performance coaching and priority setting
• Drive hiring outcomes across technical domains and hubs (Barcelona, London, Kyiv) including complex searches
• Build and optimize hiring processes to remove bottlenecks and improve quality and speed
• Track progress with weekly hiring rhythm, funnel data, pipeline quality, and stakeholder feedback
• Lead calibration at scale with engineering interviewers and managers for consistency
• Flag risks early, propose solutions, and coordinate with TA, Engineering,



and cross-functional partners
• Lead top-of-funnel strategy for Engineering, including sourcing, talent mapping, and employer branding
• Raise the hiring bar by defining candidate profiles and improving evaluation consistency
• Elevate TA craft through improved candidate experience, sourcing quality, and data literacy

Responsabilidades
• Expert-level engineering recruiting craft with a track record of filling hard-to-fill roles
• Strong in-house recruiting experience with senior technical stakeholders (DOs, VPs, CTOs)
• Experience turning workforce plans into sequenced hiring plans and execution rhythms
• Proven ability to scale hiring systems and pipelines, including use of AI/technology
• Experience leading calibration and quality across large interviewer groups
• Proven people management in a high-growth environment while remaining hands-on
• Strong influence and communication with senior stakeholders
• Team-first, low-ego approach and collaborative mindset
• Fluency in English; readiness to work from Barcelona, London, or Kyiv
