Experteer Overview
As Senior Underwriter Property, you will assess and price complex risks for Madrid or Barcelona, supporting growth within AXA XL’s Property line. You will build strong broker and client relationships to ensure profitability and portfolio quality while aligning with the business plan. You’ll handle submissions, risk evaluation, and premium calculations, contributing to cross-functional collaboration and risk management. This role offers impact through strategic underwriting and client-focused service in a leading general insurer.

• Review submissions and risk data to determine risk level and pricing
• Calculate risk premium considering sector risk, reinsurance, and costs to ensure profitability
• Advise and service clients on insurance and risk management needs
• Foster relationships to enable cross-selling and account retention
• Ensure timely implementation of new and renewed accounts according to quality standards
• Support business planning,



monitoring financial exposure and premium income within limits
• Maintain awareness of claims and contribute input on settlements
• Report to the Underwriting Manager Property, Spain

Responsabilidades
• Knowledge of the insurance market with advanced experience in Property Insurance
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
• Business development and negotiation skills with ability to drive growth in a dynamic market
