Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive the industrialization of new product launches and scale production for automotive electronics in a fast-paced setting. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing lines that meet quality, capacity, and efficiency targets. You push continuous improvement and leverage automation and new technologies to boost performance. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping production ramp-up and project milestones within a integral supplier environment.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, or process engineering within a production environment
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including SMT, automation, and testing
• Fluent English communication skills with strong leadership, initiative, and stakeholder management abilities
