Experteer Overview
In this role, you will evolve, stabilize, and optimize the CRM and digital ecosystem technology stack on AWS. You will ensure proper connectivity and orchestration across platforms while maintaining scalable database structures. You will collaborate with CRM, Data, and Product teams to align technical work with business strategy and drive process automation. This position offers exposure to a large, global, data-driven environment and opportunities to influence customer lifecycle systems and loyalty programs. You will work on impactful challenges that shape how advertisers engage audiences at scale.

• Evaluate and improve the technology stack for integration and orchestration across platforms.
• Oversee overall technology architecture and its evolution.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and scale the technology ecosystem.
• Design and develop API-based integrations to connect systems.

Responsabilidades
• 4-6+ years in technology development, systems integration, or process automation in digital or CRM environments.
• API development and consumption (REST, SOAP).
• Systems architecture and integrations.
• Process automation and database design and structuring.
• Strong backend development knowledge (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
• AWS Cloud architecture.
• Relational and non-relational databases (SQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
• Scalable architecture design and version control (Git).
• Testing and debugging skills.
• CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
• Git/GitHub/GitLab.
