As IT Market Lead, you coordinate local IT solutions, services and projects to ensure alignment with the IT EMEA strategy and deliver business value. You work closely with end users, building strong business partnerships and driving user adoption. You manage local back office topics with SAP expertise and oversee project delivery, including vendor performance and escalations. You align local initiatives with central standards while ensuring compliance, cybersecurity, and data control. This role offers impact across Europe through ERP and local tool implementations, shaping how IT supports the business.

and SLA performance with local providers
• Maintain communication with EMEA business and IT teams on local initiatives
• Ensure MHIS Integral Standards u0026 Policies are up to date
• Lead IT projects and roll-outs, including planning, budgeting, and quality control
• Act as ERP SME for designated areas (Europe) and coordinate ERP evolutions and support

Responsabilidades
• Degree in IT
• Minimum 7 years in business solution management
• Proven SAP S/4 SD/MM u0026 FiCo experience
• Fluent in English; French recommended
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and urgency
• Experience with vendor management and budget oversight
