In this RAMS Engineer role, you will apply reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety engineering to rail subsystems, driving improvements and strategies to maximize uptime. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to integrate RAMS requirements throughout rail projects and mentor junior engineers. The role focuses on rigorous safety analyses, compliance with IEC/CENELEC standards, and delivering high-quality RAMS documentation. You will contribute to regional business activities and support tender processes, shaping safer, more reliable rail solutions.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ RAMS engineering experience on railway projects or similar complex systems
• Experience with RAMS principles, standards (RE402/2013, RD 929/2020, EN 50126/28/29, IEC 61508)
• Mastery of safety analysis techniques (HAZID, HAZOP, FTA, FMEA) and their railway applications
• Experience with RAMS software tools, reliability modeling, and statistical analysis (desirable)
• Experience in safety assessment and product certification activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
• Good knowledge of rail systems, infrastructure, and equipment
