In this role you drive financial excellence for mobility contracts and lead a team of Commercial Project Managers. You ensure accurate project financials, adherence to Siemens guidelines, and robust reporting, while partnering with project leadership to optimize profit and cash flow. You manage commercial risks and opportunities, mentor a multicultural team, and represent projects in key decision forums. This position supports digital, sustainable mobility initiatives and cross-border projects in a hybrid work environment.

• Partner with Project Execution management to optimize gross profit, cash flow, and asset utilization
• Proactively manage commercial risks, opportunities, and claims, owning financial outcomes

• Act as strategic business partner, representing projects in key decision boards and negotiating with customers




• Drive continuous improvement and productivity measures across project execution processes

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager (CPM/WPC) with Siemens B Certification
• Proven international commercial project management, finance, and cross-border contracts experience
• Deep knowledge of project planning, risk management, forecasting, and accounting (IFRS, US GAAP)
• Strong leadership, negotiation, collaboration, and experience managing multicultural teams
• Proficiency in Siemens BA tools (Spiridon, Dash/Roccit, OneSRM, PM@Siemens)
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
