Experteer Overview
In this role you will own and optimize ERP platforms (notably SAP) to ensure reliable performance and scalable delivery. You will work within the IT Infrastructure/ERP Platform team to align platform strategy with Roche’s objectives and support critical applications. You’ll mentor teammates, drive cross-functional collaboration, and continuously evolve the platform to meet the technology roadmap. This is a hands-on, globally impactful role with opportunities to influence how we deliver enterprise systems and knowledge sharing across the squad.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Windows Server, RHEL, VMWare vSphere/Nutanix Acropolis, Backup and Recovery systems, MS SQL Server
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and networking (Arista, Palo Alto) a plus
• Lean/Agile and DevOps mindset; Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell DSC); automated build/release/test and deployment
• Knowledge of Agile Frameworks (SAFe) and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, LEAN) a plus
• Proficient in English; German/Spanish a plus; interest in global, multicultural environment
• Experience in SAP/ERP platform management and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Demonstrated ownership of technical tasks and ability to mentor and drive infrastructure initiatives
