Join the Fotocasa Group Field Sales Team as an IT Systems Administrator! We are Fotocasa Group, leaders in real estate classifieds in Spain with a purely technological DNA. Our mission: to connect people and homes through intelligent tools and the best market offerings. We are currently experiencing an exciting phase of transformation, redesigning both our processes and our culture. If you are passionate about matchmaking and challenging the status quo, we want to meet you! As the primary IT contact for our new Spain office, you'll establish and maintain IT operations. You'll work closely with Central IT, Security, and Application teams, serving as the front face of IT for our Spanish operations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Manage complete laptop provisioning and onboarding for new hires (Mac and Windows environments)
- Provide first and second-level ticket and technical support for end users across all IT systems
- Administer user accounts in Azure Active Directory and on-premises Active Directory
- Configure and maintain Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail‑enabled security groups
- Manage user access and permissions across SaaS and collaboration tools including Jira, Linear, SharePoint, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Slack
- Perform remote hands support and basic network troubleshooting for network infrastructure like Cisco, Meraki, Fortigate, PaloAlto
- Support Mac and Windows fleet management via Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune
- Deploy software packages and maintain device compliance policies
- Troubleshoot SSO issues and application integrations
- Coordinate with IT teams for escalations and complex technical issues
- Document processes and create user guides in English and Spanish
- Participate in company‑wide IT projects and migration initiatives
- Procurement handling for IT software and hardware for Spain
Working Environment

- Regular office presence required as primary on‑site IT contact (3–4 days a week)
- Travel to other sites in Spain or other countries in the EU may be required
- International work environment with cross‑border collaboration
What You Need to Succeed
Essential Technical Experience
-
- 5–7 years in IT support or system administration roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra/Azure and Active Directory (both on‑premises and Azure AD)
- Hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint)
- Hands‑on experience administering Google Workspace, mailboxes, and services
- Proven ability managing SaaS application access and user provisioning
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with ticketing systems and ITSM practices
- Basic network and server equipment and administration knowledge
- Proficiency managing user accounts, security groups, and role‑based access controls

- Good experience in Infrastructure as Code (GitHub, Ansible, Jenkins)
- Basic experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Good to Have Technical Skills

- Mac device management experience with Jamf Pro or similar MDM platforms
- Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager administration
- Experience with Jira, Linear, or Atlassian product suite
- Experience with Ansible, AWS Lambda
- PowerShell or Python scripting capabilities for automation
