Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the effectiveness and scalability of Personio's revenue organization, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Partnerships. You will drive territory strategy, rollout, and measurement across key markets, and lead change management for new territory constructs. You’ll work closely with Data and Systems to ensure data quality and automation, and with Marketing to leverage intent data in outbound efforts. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role with real impact on growth and go-to-market execution.

• Strategy, construction and refinement of sales territories for the revenue organization
• Operationalize territory rollout across the sales organization
• Be SME for leadership on territory and market penetration updates
• Lead cross-functional change management for new territory constructs
• Develop metrics and channels to track territory effectiveness

Responsabilidades
• Strong analytical skillset with ability to summarize complex data for all audience levels
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and presenting data to senior stakeholders
• Experience in senior-level stakeholder management with change recommendations
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment and understanding of GTM models
• Advanced experience with Salesforce, dashboards, and understanding interrelated Salesforce objects
