In this role at Gallagher Re Madrid, you will own and manage a portfolio of reinsurance clients, leading engagements through the full placement and renewal cycle. You will leverage global expertise to deliver tailored Property u0026amp; Casualty reinsurance solutions, collaborating with insurers, reinsurers, and internal specialists. The position offers significant ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to grow the Spanish business in a dynamic market. You will work with senior stakeholders across an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment to drive growth and client value.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Property u0026 Casualty reinsurance (broker or carrier)
• Independent client relationship management and reinsurance placements
• Track record of delivering client outcomes and long-term relationships
• Knowledge of the Spanish insurance and reinsurance market
• Experience managing renewal processes and placement cycles
• Ability to translate client needs into practical reinsurance solutions
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
• Proactive, commercial approach to growth
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese beneficial
• Ability to work across teams and international locations
