Experteer Overview
In this role you support the general study team across the full study lifecycle, from CSP development to study set-up, maintenance, close-out, CSR development, and archiving. You collaborate with internal and external partners to execute delegated study aspects, maintain timelines and quality, and oversee vendor-related activities. You contribute to planning and governance, mentor colleagues, and help manage budgets and risks. This position blends cross-functional coordination with proactive problem-solving in a dynamic clinical research environment.

• Support clinical study execution with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and quality standards
• Prepare study documents and vendor-related materials, including the Vendor Oversight Plan
• Maintain effective interactions with Data Management, Procurement, Regulatory, Patient Safety, and QA
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver delegated study aspects




• Plan and participate in internal and external meetings
• Identify risks/issues and contribute to mitigation plans
• Support GSM with project and budget management within delegation
• Engage in departmental initiatives and SME functions
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment
• Provide support for other study and functional activities as assigned

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in clinical practice/health care, life sciences, or drug development, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Online), eTMF, and Veeva Systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Highly proactive with initiative-taking
• Strong relationship-building skills
