As an Azure Cloud IT Infrastructure Network Engineer at Roche, you will architect and deliver resilient cloud networking solutions that underpin our global infrastructure. You’ll influence technology strategy, mentor diverse teams, and ensure designs align with regulatory standards. You solve complex problems across the infrastructure space, delivering scalable, integrated solutions. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to translate technology into business impact. This role offers an opportunity to shape how Roche enables healthcare delivery at scale.

• Design, build, test, and implement integrated and resilient infrastructure solutions across the full technology space
• Own end-to-end infrastructure design with independent judgment and accountability
• Lead PoCs to evaluate new technologies and drive innovation
• Communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders in non-technical terms; advise on technology strategy
• Lead enterprise-level projects, plan resources, dependencies, risks,
and timelines
• Ensure solutions comply with Quality/Regulatory standards and the TAF
• Mentor geo-distributed teams and collaborate with architects and solution owners
• Maintain and uphold component standards and provide escalation support for major incidents
Responsabilidades
• Azure cloud network solutions expertise
• General network engineering experience
• Infrastructure as code: Terraform, Ansible, Python
• Automation script development experience
• Distributed version control: GIT, GitHub or equivalents
• Experience making strategic technical decisions and leading large projects
• Proven track record architecting and implementing integrated infrastructure solutions across the technology space
• Experience estimating engineering resources, dependencies, and timelines for enterprise projects
