Experteer Overview
As Global Clinical Trial Manager, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional trial activities to deliver studies on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You’ll drive planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while building team capability. You’ll work with global teams to ensure seamless execution from start-up to close-out in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role offers the chance to shape trial delivery at ICON and impact patient outcomes through robust operations.

Responsabilidades
• BS degree or equivalent in Life Sciences
• 6 years of clinical trial management experience in pharma or CRO; therapeutic area experience
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, local laws and regulations
• Superior clinical research operational knowledge from start-up to database lock and closure
• Proven leadership to drive Study Management Team through trial stages and delegate effectively
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate global or regional teams in a virtual environment
• Experience coordinating global teams for at least 2–3 years
