As a Senior Accountant in our Corporate Accountancy team, you will oversee and refine balance sheet processes across multiple entities from Madrid, collaborating with Group Controlling during closes. You will supervise a BPO provider, manage intercompany reconciliations, and support financial reporting and audits in a multinational setting. The role offers exposure to IFRS/local GAAP, multi-country accounting, and process improvements within a dynamic hospitality group.

• Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end close per IFRS/local GAAP policies
• Review journals, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy
• Supervise external BPO for transactional accounting activities
• Perform balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations across Europe, Africa, and Asia
• Manage fixed asset controls for Brussels and Madrid, including depreciation and transfers
• Support preparation of financial statements and annual accounts for Spanish entities
• Supervise external tax provider for corporate tax obligations
• Coordinate audits and provide documentation to auditors




• Assist Group Controlling on closing cycles ensuring balance sheet integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Spain and Brussels
• Lead process improvements and strengthen internal controls
• Develop and update accounting policies and system enhancements
• Mentor junior team members

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Strong IFRS/local GAAP knowledge
• Multinational corporate environment experience a plus
• Advanced English (C1 or higher); French a plus
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BPC a plus
• Solid corporate tax process understanding
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a multicultural environment
