Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead European compensation for 10 countries, partnering with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, compliant packages. You’ll drive market pricing, support talent decisions, and help implement pay transparency and regulatory requirements. You’ll work within a general rewards function to align local practices with global frameworks while promoting a high-performance, people-first culture.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Act as the primary compensation contact for Europe (10 countries) and advise HRBP and People Leaders
• Lead benchmarking and market pricing to keep packages externally competitive and internally fair
• Provide compensation recommendations for recruitment and role changes within established frameworks
• Develop and maintain expertise on the EU Pay Transparency Directive and translate requirements into policies
• Coordinate reporting and disclosures across EU jurisdictions; partner with Legal, Compliance and HR
• Play a key role in the annual pay review process for UK, MENA and Europe; manage communications and project execution
• Prepare and validate payroll reports and HRIS data for the review cycle
• Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and broader Reward team to drive cross-functional alignment




• Support the global job architecture program via job evaluations and standard job catalog maintenance
• Identify process improvements and explore AI/automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Mentor junior team members and act as escalation point within the region
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and conduct rules as part of Liberty values

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Reward or Compensation in a large matrix organisation across multiple European countries
• Knowledge of European compensation, market norms, and employment legislation across EU jurisdictions
• Strong knowledge of EU Pay Transparency Directive and implications for employers
• Benchmarking and job evaluation experience; familiarity with WTW grading and Aon surveys
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Index/Match, SUMIFS, pivot tables) and large data modelling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Process improvement mindset with a track record of enhancing ways of working
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail
• Strong communication and influencing skills for senior stakeholders
