Experteer Overview
In this role you contribute to security-by-design across Swiss Re by supporting architecture reviews, security requirements, standards, and governance. You learn from experienced security architects while helping delivery teams apply security expectations in practice, in a hybrid work setup. You’ll collaborate with security and technology teams to translate requirements into practical guidance and secure design decisions. • Support senior and enterprise security architects in architecture reviews, advisory activities, and governance assessments
• Review security requirements, solution designs, architecture blueprints, and implementation approaches across applications, platforms, cloud services, and integration patterns
• Contribute to the definition, documentation, and maintenance of security standards, requirements, reusable patterns, and architecture decision records
• Collaborate with security and technology teams to clarify security expectations and enable practical adoption of security-by-design
• Track,



analyze, and document security architecture observations to support maturity assessments and roadmaps
• Continue learning about cybersecurity technologies and architecture practices and share insights with the team

Responsabilidades
• Around 2-3 years of relevant experience in areas like identity and access management, secure design, network security, application security, cloud security, data protection, vulnerability management, or risk-based decision-making
• Familiarity with industry security frameworks, standards, or control practices, ideally in regulated environments
• Ability to analyze technical information, document findings clearly, and translate guidance into practical recommendations
• Collaborative mindset, curiosity, integrity, proactive learning and problem-solving
• Clear written and spoken English
