Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, configure, and optimize SAP QM within our ERP landscape to meet manufacturing quality objectives. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver reliable QM solutions, support incidents, and drive improvements across QM processes. You’ll lead and participate in SAP QM projects from blueprinting to go-live, while ensuring compliance and best practices. You will help users adopt SAP QM, document configurations, and stay current with SAP QM advancements. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape quality management in a integral aerospace context.

• Analyze, design, and implement SAP QM solutions with configuration and integration to modules (PP, MM, SD, PM)
• Provide expert support for SAP QM functionalities including incident resolution and performance optimization
• Lead and participate in SAP QM projects from requirements gathering to post-implementation support
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP QM configurations and user guides
• Conduct user training and ongoing end-user support for SAP QM
• Collaborate with process owners to identify improvement areas and propose SAP QM innovations
• Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT)

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of SAP ERP QM module configuration, implementation, and support
• Strong understanding of quality management processes in manufacturing or aerospace
• Experience with SAP QM functionalities: Quality Inspection, Quality Planning, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications, Audit Management
• Familiarity with QM integration points with PP, MM, SD, PM
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies and ITIL
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in Spanish and English
• Ability to work independently and in a global team
• SAP QM certification is highly desirable
