As an Associate Test Manager I, you will help plan, coordinate, and execute QA activities across multi-platform game projects. You’ll lead and mentor QA teams, drive test planning and risk identification, and collaborate with development, production, and QA partners to deliver high-quality games. You will modernize QA practices with tool-driven solutions and own test plans and progress tracking. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and quality, shaping the player experience across PC, console, and mobile platforms.

• Own the hardest test executions, including rigorous bug hunting and precise documentation

Responsabilidades
• Experience in video game QA or complex software environments
• Experience leading or coordinating a team on multi-platform projects (PC, console, mobile)
• Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, regression, bug reporting, and database management
• Hands-on with console DevKits/TestKits and platform debugging tools (e.g., Neighborhood, Xbox Manager)
• Advanced Jira (workflows, JQL, dashboards)
• Ability to explain quality, risk, and blockers to technical and non-technical audiences
• People leadership: directing, delegating, and supporting team morale and growth
• Passion for games and continuous improvement
