Experteer Overview
In this role, you will own multi-country HR processes within the Global People Services team to deliver a seamless employee experience. You will be the first contact for employees and managers via the People Portal, helping resolve inquiries and ensuring compliant, timely handling of lifecycle events. You’ll support payroll-related reporting, data integrity under GDPR, and absence management, while contributing to process improvements and policy implementations. This hybrid position blends remote work with in-office collaboration, offering impactful work on compensation, onboarding, immigration, and audits within a fast-paced, collaborative culture.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own multi-country HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, induction, immigration u0026 relocation, offboarding)
• Serve as first point of contact via the People Portal and coordinate with CoEs for issue resolution




• Provide compensation changes reports to payroll and finance for monthly processing
• Support data audits, GDPR-compliant record-keeping, and Works Council coordination
• Act as Absence Management Partner and manage long-term absence cases
• Contribute to projects: implement new processes, policies, and optimization efforts with CoEs (PBP, Systems, Total Rewards, Payroll)

Responsabilidades
• 2-3 years of HR experience
• Strong focus on employee experience
• Confident communicator
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Solution-driven, hands-on mindset
• Fluent in English; conversational in at least one of French/Dutch/German and Spanish
• ServiceNow experience
• Workday HCM experience
