Experteer Overview
In this strategic, multinational IT leadership role, you will guide multiple Knowledge Areas in digital platforms with a strong cloud focus. You will shape strategy, lead diverse technical teams, and drive transformation initiatives to deliver scalable, secure, and automated architectures. You will sponsor innovation, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets and project outcomes. This role offers impact at scale in a multinational environment and collaboration with key manufacturers.

• Develop strategy and business development for the Knowledge Areas under your responsibility, aligned with corporate objectives and innovation goals.
• Perform economic control of the practice and projects: budgets, forecasts, closures, etc.
• Build, coordinate and lead multidisciplinary technical teams with a collaborative, results-oriented approach.
• Mentor and develop talent, promoting effective leadership and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies and cloud services to create competitive and operational value.




• Promote and manage strategic client projects, meeting objectives and deadlines.
• Monitor quality, security, availability and performance to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Develop value supply aligned with capacities and market conditions, promoting internal and external socialization.
• Encourage iterative improvement of standards and internal practices based on project experiences.
• Develop partnership relationships and joint development plans with strategic manufacturers.

Responsabilidades
• 15+ years of experience in leading technological Knowledge Areas in digital platforms with a strong cloud component.
• Deep knowledge of complex platforms and architectures, distributed systems, scalability, security and automation.
• Ability to lead technological transformation initiatives in a multinational IT environment.
• Proven experience building and leading cross-functional, high-impact teams and projects.
