Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage 3D spare parts operations across three geographies, guiding end-to-end supply chain from introduction to end-of-life. You will develop monthly shipment plans to optimize factory availability within inventory limits and identify opportunities to improve processes. You will coordinate demand-supply matching and connect planning to execution while prioritizing backlog with cross-functional teams. You will partner with global units and suppliers to translate demand signals into actionable plans and monitor KPIs to drive performance.

• Oversee inventory analysis, planning, and SOP in the supply chain
• Guide spare parts portfolio from introduction to end-of-life
• Craft monthly shipment plans across factories within inventory limits
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities and provide management insights
• Coordinate demand and supply matching, linking planning to execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize backlog
• Partner with global business units and regional teams to generate demand signals




• Define and review performance metrics to drive improvement actions

Responsabilidades
• Four-year or graduate degree in related fields or commensurate experience (recommended)
• Typically 2–3 years of work experience in supply chain or operations
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement, data analysis, and KPIs
• Excellent communication and English (and local language) skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office, statistical analysis, and financial modeling skills
• Understanding of HP's supply chain strategy and SAP S4 familiarity
• Experience with inventory control and warehousing
• Cross-organizational collaboration and effective communication
