In this role you will define and lead Bacardi’s integral People Analytics strategy, transforming HR from basic reporting to a predictive, insight-led function that drives business impact. You will partner with Tech Du0026amp;A to align data platforms and governance, delivering mature analytics across attrition, skills, and workforce costs. You’ll enable self-serve insights, executive-level storytelling, and a culture of data-driven decision making. This is a high-impact role at a global consumer goods company shaping talent strategy and organisational effectiveness.

• Lead data governance for HR in partnership with Tech, ensuring privacy compliance and ethical data practices

Responsabilidades
• Extensive knowledge of HR systems and data structures (Workday/SAP)
• Experience building people analytics in low-maturity environments
• Experience with predictive modelling and machine learning in HR context
• Advanced data storytelling for executive audiences
• Strong change leadership and influencing skills
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable business recommendations
• Experience partnering with enterprise Technology or Data u0026 Analytics teams
• Experience in FMCG, spirits, manufacturing, or global multi-market environments is beneficial
