Experteer Overview
In this role you lead PMC Construction activities to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget EPC/FEED construction outcomes for oil u0026amp; gas projects. You will manage construction teams, coordinate site work, ensure HSSE and quality compliance, and drive constructability input from FEED through EPC. You’ll work with Owner, Contractors and Licensors to close out site activities and handover complete project documentation. The position blends safety leadership with hands-on project control, shaping successful project delivery in a global energy context.

• Ensure constructability inputs from FEED through EPC
• Review and approve construction procedures, methods and drawings
• Monitor resources, schedules, and procurement to meet the construction program




• Oversee permit-to-work processes and safety of start-up and commissioning
• Supervise inspection activities and ensure quality and contractual compliance
• Verify completion certificates and close-out documentation
• Evaluate site claims and changes for contract adjustments
• Ensure handover dossiers and as-built documentation are ready for final handover

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
• minimum 15+ years in FEED/EPC execution in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical
• at least 5 years in a similar mega project role (u003eUS$1 billion)
• ADNOC project experience
• FEED/EPC experience
• offshore and brownfield experience
• strong HSSE and quality focus
• ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• GCC region experience preferred
