As a D365 Fu0026amp;O Consultant at TecAlliance, you will lead the integration of our ISV solution with the TecCom platform to support end-to-end order-to-invoice processes. You will work with a diverse, Europe‑facing team in an agile environment to deliver future‑ready solutions that create real customer value. You will act as a trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle, guiding pre‑sales activities, workshops, and ongoing consulting. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping integrations and product features while fostering a collaborative, ownership‑driven culture.

• Lead the implementation of the ISV solution, integrating D365 Fu0026O with TecCom to support end-to-end order-to-invoice processes.
• Manage and deliver customer projects on time, within budget, with a strong focus on satisfaction.
• Analyze requirements, validate business processes and integrations, and design solutions aligned with TecAlliance standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle with pre-sales support, workshops, and training.
• Resolve complex functional support cases and drive continuous improvement of customer solutions.




• Collaborate with Product Development to contribute Fu0026O expertise and define new features.

Responsabilidades
• Several years of experience in technical consulting, project management, or product implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of D365 Fu0026O/SCM or AX, especially Sales u0026 Marketing, Procurement u0026 Sourcing, Product Information Management, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management.
• Knowledge of EDI or similar integrations is a plus.
• Ability to build trust and manage customer relationships with clear expectations and delivery.
• Strong communication skills across diverse personalities; professional in difficult conversations.
• Problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
• Business fluent English (B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
