Experteer Overview
In this role you will directly manage day-to-day People operations and payroll, ensuring compliant processes across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with the People u0026amp; Culture team to deliver Learning u0026amp; Development initiatives and support HR projects as the company scales. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own day-to-day People operations across the employee lifecycle (joiners, changes, leavers, relocations)
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and documentation
• Ensure processes are structured, efficient and compliant
• Act as first point of contact for HR queries and onboarding
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with providers
• Support rollout and delivery of Learning u0026 Development initiatives
• Deliver training sessions and coordinate logistics for programs
• Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements




• Support scalability of People processes and collaborate on HR projects

Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years in People Operations or HR Generalist
• Experience delivering or supporting training sessions
• Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle and HR data
• Experience coordinating payroll and working with external providers
• Knowledge of HR compliance and labor law fundamentals (Spain focus)
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Personio) and data systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, organized and solution-driven mindset
