Experteer Overview
In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines within Roche’s DataOne ecosystem to support security insights and automated decisioning. You will partner with data scientists and analysts to translate security telemetry into high‑quality data products and predictive features. You’ll apply Data Mesh principles to enable decentralized data ownership while ensuring data quality and reliability. This position offers the chance to shape data architecture and enable self‑service analytics at scale, with a clear impact on risk scoring and investigative workflows.

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using Talend, dbt, and Python
• Ensure architectures are scalable, secure, and aligned with Data Mesh standards
• Transform security telemetry data into feature sets for predictive modeling and risk scoring
• Engage with business units and data scientists to meet data needs and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders




• Support data visualization through optimized schemas for Tableau and ThoughtSpot
• Optimize Snowflake tables and schemas via expert data engineering interventions
• Lead large-scale data engineering initiatives and integrate diverse infrastructures for seamless data flow

Responsabilidades
• Experience handling large-scale data engineering projects
• Proven track record of building ETL/ELT processes and optimizing data storage (data warehouses/lakes)
• Data quality, reliability, and system monitoring experience
• Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake
• Advanced programming in Python or Scala
• Hands-on with dbt and Talend
• Understanding of Data Mesh principles and AI/ML data preparation
• BI tooling support for Tableau and ThoughtSpot
• API integration for enterprise data sharing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
