Experteer Overview
As Lead Data Architect you will shape enterprise-scale data platforms and guide AI-enabled solutions from strategy to delivery. You will advise clients on scalable architectures, define standards, and lead cross-functional teams through data modeling, governance, and integration patterns. You’ll work closely with engineers, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to translate objectives into robust cloud-based designs. This role offers impact across client engagements, pre-sales support, and continuous innovation within the AI u0026amp; Data CoE.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the architecture and design of modern cloud-based data platforms and analytics solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business objectives into scalable technical architectures
• Define architecture standards, reference designs and best practices for enterprise data platforms
• Guide teams on data modeling, data governance, integration patterns, ETL/ELT frameworks and data quality
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, AI Specialists, Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions




• Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping, estimation, discovery workshops and proposal development
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to enhance our AI u0026 Data offerings
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning
• Contribute to reusable accelerators, reference architectures and innovation initiatives within the AI u0026 Data CoE

Responsabilidades
• Strong experience in Data Architecture, Solution Architecture or Data Engineering Architecture roles
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience designing and delivering modern cloud-based data platforms
• Expertise in data architecture, data modeling and enterprise data platform design
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks and/or Snowflake
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work directly with clients and business leaders
• Fluent English and Spanish
