As a Senior SAP BI Lead, you will architect and optimize BI solutions, partnering with stakeholders and IT to deliver scalable, high-quality SAP BI capabilities. You’ll mentor colleagues and steer technical decisions while aligning BI work with the broader IT architecture. This role offers growth into leadership based on performance and business needs. You will shape analytics, automation, and AI-driven initiatives to support data-informed decisions at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BI solutions with performance and scalability in mind
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Assess existing systems and propose improvements or enhancements
• Contribute to project planning, prioritization, and delivery across BI initiatives
• Ensure system stability, performance, and ongoing BI platform improvement
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members




• Work with cross-functional teams to align BI with broader IT architecture
• Support innovation initiatives including automation and AI-driven analytics

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of experience in SAP BI / Data environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience with SAP BW on HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP ABAP, SQL, Business Objects, and Power BI
• Exposure to AI and automation within data/BI environments is a plus
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and distributed architectures
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a complex environment
• Ability to influence stakeholders and guide technical decisions
