As Financial Controller at Weir, you lead financial governance across multiple entities, ensuring IFRS-aligned reporting and audit readiness. You’ll manage a dispersed team and drive standardised finance processes to improve control and efficiency. You partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues and safeguard balance sheet integrity. The role includes treasury oversight, FX risk management, and cross-country coordination to support financial stability. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Oversee financial governance and compliance across 10 entities in multiple countries with IFRS alignment and statutory reporting
• Lead and coordinate a geographically dispersed finance team and office managers to foster compliance and continuous improvement
• Engage with stakeholders to resolve complex financial issues and support audit processes
• Oversee treasury operations, cash flow, working capital forecasting,



FX hedging, and bank account management
• Drive harmonisation and standardisation of R2R, P2P, and OTC processes across the region
• Travel as needed (primarily in Madrid), to coordinate with teams and stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA
• Experience leading multi-country accounting/finance operations
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local statutory requirements, and SAP ERP
• Proven track record in financial governance, compliance, audit management, and treasury operations including FX management
