Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead SAP S/4HANA planning efforts, focusing on MRP and PPDS, to align manufacturing needs with global standards. You will collaborate with IT, Data, and Supply Chain teams to translate business requirements into scalable planning solutions and support go-live and hypercare. You will oversee system configuration, validate solutions delivered by integrators, and drive issue resolution. This position offers an international, collaborative environment and opportunities to shape planning within a forward-looking powertrain business.

• Act as technical lead for EDIS, MRP, and PPDS within SAP S/4HANA
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize manufacturing plant requirements
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP planning and scheduling solutions
• Validate and oversee solutions delivered by system integrators
• Ensure proper system configuration, enhancements, and alignment with integral standards
• Lead the resolution of complex functional and technical incidents
• Coordinate cross-functionally with IT, Data, and Supply Chain teams
• Support testing, go-live activities, and hypercare phases
Responsabilidades
• Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA planning implementations
• Expertise in MRP and PPDS solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or Supply Chain
• Excellent SAP configuration and solution design skills
• Strong problem-solving and requirements analysis abilities
• Excellent English communications; Spanish valued
