In this role you will drive the Market u0026amp; Customer Intelligence (MCI) program across Eurasia, turning strategy into actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with commercial, IT, and cross-functional teams to embed intelligence into everyday decisions and scale adoption beyond Europe. You will shape how market data informs commercial priorities and platform enhancements. The opportunity combines healthcare transformation with data-driven decision-making and regional expansion.

• Drive operational execution, adoption, and continuous improvement of the MCI platform across the Eurasia region
• Partner with commercial, cross-functional, and IT teams to capture, organize, and refresh market and customer intelligence
• Coach and enable teams to contribute high-quality intelligence and integrate insights into commercial decision-making
• Develop and execute adoption strategies for new intelligence capabilities and AI outputs
• Monitor adoption, knowledge quality, and user engagement; provide feedback for platform enhancements
• Identify and document business use cases for intelligence to inform platform priorities and expansions




• Support expansion of the MCI platform beyond Europe into Eurasia by aligning regional insights with local needs and driving consistent adoption across markets

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Significant experience in consulting, strategy, market or customer intelligence, knowledge management, healthcare transformation, or related field (preferably within MedTech or healthcare)
• Experience designing and implementing knowledge management frameworks, information architecture, taxonomies, or intelligence systems
• Proven experience leading change management and adoption programs, scaling pilots to business-as-usual
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled workflows, analytics platforms, knowledge graphs, ontologies; familiarity with agile delivery and sprint-based methods
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills; ability to coach senior leaders and drive cross-functional collaboration
