Experteer Overview
In this role, you lead complex audit assignments within an international Internal Audit team, ensuring independent assurance and advisory support across key functions. You manage planning, execution, and reporting, focusing on control design and effectiveness, remediation, and stakeholder communications. You will leverage data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled methods to enhance audit coverage and insights. This position offers impact across the organization while advancing audit quality and innovation in a trusted, values-driven culture.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Plan and lead complex IT and non-IT audits following Global Audit methodology and regulatory requirements
• Define risk-based scope, priorities, and timelines for audits
• Develop audit programs and test internal controls for design and operating effectiveness
• Analyze processes, systems, and control environments to identify risks and improvements
• Formulate findings with practical remediation actions and obtain management agreement
• Prepare audit reports and communicate results to stakeholders, support closing meetings
• Perform follow-ups to verify remediation completion
• Act as main contact for auditees and stakeholders, managing communications and escalations
• Advise on internal control and risk management topics across projects and units
• Contribute to annual audit plan and drive continuous improvement of audit quality and efficiency
• Supervise and coach audit team members during engagements
• Utilize data analytics, automation, and digital audit techniques to enhance coverage and insights
• Explore AI-enabled solutions for planning, testing, reporting, and root-cause analysis
Responsabilidades
• Experience in internal or external audit, risk management, or a comparable assurance function
• Strong knowledge of audit methodology, risk assessment, governance, and internal controls
• Solid understanding of IT general controls, IT security, data protection, change management, and business continuity
• Ability to manage audits independently from planning to closure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with client-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with data analytics and digital audit tools is advantageous
• Ability to translate findings into practical recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills across management levels
• Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members is beneficial
• High ethical standards, curiosity, agility, and commitment to continuous learning
• Willingness to travel when required
• Interest in IT and Generative AI (GenAI) as valuable asset
