BVGroup is hiring a Retention Manager (UK & Ireland) to lead CRM and retention across multiple brands from our Gibraltar base. You will drive lifecycle campaigns, analyze performance data and optimise retention to maximise long-term player value.
Relocation support is provided for those joining from abroad and you will collaborate with cross‑brand teams to deliver commercially effective campaigns. The role requires strong CRM expertise in online gaming, excellent stakeholder management and the
