Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and implement scalable performance tests for a large laboratory platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate production-scale workloads. You’ll build reusable tooling and containerized testing environments, and automate execution via CI/CD pipelines. You will analyze metrics with observability tools to identify bottlenecks and help shape the testing strategy. Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in performance/load testing with k6, JMeter, Gatling or similar
• strong programming with JavaScript/TypeScript; Python and/or Java; SQL; Docker; TestContainers
• experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and PR workflows
• hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo or equivalent observability tools
• ability to define testing strategies, work autonomously in complex environments, and mentor others
• professional working proficiency in English
