Experteer Overview
As a Product Engineer at Factorial, you will center AI in the product, shaping multi-agent systems and LLM-enabled features within the Talent Domain. You’ll design high-level architectures that empower HR managers and improve people operations at scale. You’ll own the end-to-end impact of AI features, from hypothesis to deployment and validation in production. This role blends hands-on systems work with accountable product decisions in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design system-level architecture for multi-agent AI features
• Write high-level prompts and guide multi-agent outputs
• Review and validate agent results for security, scalability, and coherence
• Orchestrate parallel AI agents to maintain output consistency

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in software engineering
• Experience shipping AI-powered features in production
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails u0026 React
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with agentic workflows and LLM architecture tradeoffs
• Comfort with integrating AI models into scalable, cloud-native environments
