Experteer Overview
In this role, you ensure procurement materials, equipment and packages meet project, ADNOC and international quality standards. You work within the PMC team to provide quality surveillance across the procurement lifecycle for offshore Greenfield and Brownfield projects. You monitor supplier quality, review documents, and drive continuous improvement to safeguard scope, cost and schedule. You collaborate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to embed quality into procurement activities. Your work supports safe, compliant delivery of offshore assets and contributes to sustainable project outcomes.

• Develop procurement quality surveillance strategies aligned with project and ADNOC requirements
• Ensure procurement activities follow approved Project Quality Plan and ITPs
• Monitor supplier quality and drive continuous improvement
• Incorporate quality requirements into procurement documents and PO terms
• Participate in supplier prequalification and technical capability assessments
• Conduct supplier quality audits and surveillance visits
• Verify supplier QMS and manufacturing capabilities (ISO 9001) and CAPA monitoring
• Review requisitions, procurement specs and quality requirements
• Review vendor quality plans, welding, NDT, coating procedures; participate in technical bid evaluations
• Coordinate and monitor vendor inspections; witness critical manufacturing activities (identification, fabrication, welding, heat treatment, NDT, FAT, preservation)
• Review ITPs and coordinate Third-Party Inspection Agency activities




• Verify material traceability and compliance of coatings, painting, insulation, preservation records
• Ensure MTCs, CoCs, PMI records and material traceability
• Review NCRs, CAPA actions and root cause analyses; ensure timely closures
• Review MRBs, IRNs, shipping release docs and final acceptance certificates
• Maintain quality records in the project document management system
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Construction, Expediting, Logistics, Inspection Agencies and Vendors
• Support Engineering during technical clarifications and supplier progress meetings
• Provide procurement quality status reports to PMC management and support site receipt inspections
• Promote ADNOC HSE culture and ensure compliance with standards
• Participate in quality audits, management reviews and lessons learned

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor-level engineering degree with 15+ years in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical quality roles
• At least 5 years in similar procurement quality roles on mega projects
• ADNOC project experience and offshore project exposure required
• Experience in FEED u0026 EPC phases
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
• CQE or equivalent certification advantageous
• Experience with offshore platforms, subsea systems, pipelines and mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment
• Familiarity with Third-Party Inspection Agencies and international manufacturers
• Ability to manage procurement quality across project lifecycle from concept to close-out
