Experteer Overview
In this role you will build and evolve Ruby on Rails applications and server-side infrastructure to support Workato’s user interface and APIs. You will collaborate with UI, connectivity and DevOps teams to solve complex problems at scale. You’ll contribute across the development lifecycle, write high-quality code, and propose architectural improvements. You’ll explore new technologies to drive continuous improvement and system evolution. This is a chance to contribute to a trusted, innovative platform used by many Fortune 500 companies and to help shape enterprise automation.

Responsabilidades
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject
• 7+ years of experience with Rails applications
• Strong knowledge of Ruby
• Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and social skills
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and Redis/Memcached caching
• Open-source contributions are a plus
